Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and engaging healthcare organizations that can benefit from Vision Infinity HealthTech solutions. In this position, the Sales Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads. The role includes building strong relationships with decision-makers in clinics, labs, hospitals, and healthcare networks, understanding their operational challenges. Regular performance reporting, pipeline management, and participation in sales strategy discussions are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, listen actively, and support prospective and existing clients.
• Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals in B2B or healthcare technology markets.
• Background in Sales Management or pipeline management, with the ability to prioritize opportunities, track metrics, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, workflows, or healthtech solutions is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales analytics to manage accounts and reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
