Sales Specialist

Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Careerify is a full-time remote position focused on driving growth by engaging prospective customers and expanding relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, presenting Careerify’s services and platform features, and guiding potential customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The Sales Specialist will qualify leads, understand customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong telephonic Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, such as empathy, responsiveness, and the ability to resolve inquiries professionally.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills, such as onboarding new clients, supporting internal team development, and contributing to sales process improvement.
• Relevant qualifications include experience with remote work, familiarity with CRM tools, and a track record of meeting sales goals in SaaS or service-based environments.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include analytical skills, comfort with virtual presentations, and prior experience in career services, HR tech, or recruiting.
