Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing customer relationships for LML Repair’s repair services and repair shop management software. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual product demonstrations, and responding to inquiries from potential and current customers through phone, email, and online channels. The role involves preparing quotes, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM or sales tracking tools. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, support marketing campaigns, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new accounts. This role also includes educating customers on product features, value propositions, and best practices to support long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals in a service or software environment.
  • Experience in Training and supporting customers or team members on products, processes, or systems.
  • Background in Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, including pipeline management and performance tracking, is beneficial.
  • Comfort working remotely, with strong self-organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of electronics repair, retail, or SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency with common office and CRM software tools.
  • Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or a related field.
