Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business and supporting existing client relationships for Nexero BPO. This role includes identifying prospective clients, conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored service solutions. The Sales Specialist will prepare proposals, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Daily responsibilities also involve collaborating with internal teams to understand service capabilities, supporting onboarding of new clients, and providing feedback to improve sales strategies and materials. The role requires consistent achievement of sales targets while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Proven Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated Sales experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Exposure to Training or coaching, particularly in guiding clients or colleagues on service offerings or processes.
- Foundational Sales Management or pipeline management skills, including forecasting and reporting.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams with reliable internet connectivity and a professional workspace.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and sales tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report performance.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Background in BPO, customer experience, or SaaS environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
