Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will actively engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable accounting and bookkeeping services. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting sales presentations, providing client education, and maintaining customer relations. You will also have the opportunity to assist in building and managing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including pipeline management and meeting targets
• Experience in Training and the ability to present information in a clear and engaging manner
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping processes is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
