Role Description This part-time Sales Specialist role is a hybrid position based in New Cairo, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable mattresses and home furnishings. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, handling inquiries, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, welcoming showroom. The role also involves following up with potential and existing customers, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. The Sales Specialist may assist with basic product training for colleagues and provide feedback on customer preferences to improve store offerings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, understand their needs, and provide clear product information.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive conversions, support sales targets, and manage their personal sales pipeline effectively.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to help onboard new team members and share product knowledge and sales best practices.
• Relevant experience in retail, home furnishings, or consumer goods sales is beneficial, along with basic POS and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo with some remote tasks, maintain professionalism, and collaborate with a diverse team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
