Webnode, part of team.blue, is a cloud-based website builder that lets anyone create and manage websites, blogs, and online stores without any coding or technical skills. Launched in 2008, it has already helped users create over 50 million websites.

Position

As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Team Outbound, reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader. Our sales department has grown over the past two years from a pilot project into a stable and successful team with excellent results, and over the past year, we have also strengthened our development team with 16 new colleagues, which will significantly help us modernize our product and deliver new features to end users faster.

Responsibilities

A different kind of sales

• No telemarketing. We reach out to users who already know Webnode and help them discover more of what we offer, in close collaboration with our data team. We work with our base of free users, offering them meaningful options from our paid plans.

• Mostly email. Most communication happens by email, with webinars or Teams calls possible in the future.

• A product used by millions. You'll work with a product used by millions of people around the world, and next year's product roadmap is full of interesting news.

• Your ideas count. You'll help shape our sales strategies, run and evaluate A/B tests, collect customer feedback, and bring your own ideas to life.

Profile

• Sales experience and a business mindset – ideally in online services or marketing.

• You enjoy communication, solving problems, and thinking about how to improve.

• You speak English fluently – it is our main company language. Other European languages are a strong plus (especially Hungarian and Finnish).

• You want to be part of a team where things happen and where your voice matters.
