Your role and responsibilities
The work model for the role is:
This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Product Business in Indonesia and to be located in Surabaya.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial automation, motion, drives, motor, or related electrical equipment industries.
- Strong understanding of variable speed drives, motor control solutions, and industrial applications is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships in B2B environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
