Sales Staff

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Staff role based in Alexandria, Egypt, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Staff member will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, and presenting Sard AI’s solutions in a clear, compelling manner. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, scheduling and leading product demos, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to move opportunities through the sales cycle. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align messaging, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends. The Sales Staff member is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering a professional, inclusive, and consultative customer experience.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to explain technical or AI-related concepts in accessible language.
• Experience managing a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, and working with data to track performance and forecast results.
• Comfort working in a hybrid model, effectively coordinating onsite meetings in Alexandria and remote client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Previous experience in SaaS, AI solutions, or technology sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
