This role serves as a key operational partner to Advisors, field leadership, and centralized support teams, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations across onboarding, access management, compliance support, compensation coordination, marketing administration, and system troubleshooting.
As a critical partner of the advisory business, the SSA translates enterprise processes and requirements into consistent, local execution. The SSA reinforces operational discipline, risk awareness, and collaboration while resolving complex, time‑sensitive issues with minimal escalation.

You will identify issues early, resolve them efficiently, and escalate when appropriate to protect data integrity, compensation accuracy, and regulatory readiness.
Deliver a consistent, high‑quality onboarding and transition experience for Advisors, Marketing Assistants (MAs), and interns. By coordinating documentation, system access, and workflow completion, you will support smooth entry and role changes across the advisory organization.
Strengthen cross‑functional partnership and issue resolution by serving as a liaison between field offices and centralized technology, compensation, licensing, and marketing teams. Through clear communication and follow‑through, you will ensure timely resolution of issues and alignment across stakeholders.
Support a professional, compliant, and client‑ready advisor presence by maintaining accurate advisor data, marketing materials, and branding elements across internal and external platforms. Your work ensures that client‑facing materials are accurate.
