We’re looking for a
Sales Support Coordinator (F/M/X)
to join our dynamic sales team in Munich, Germany. This is a part-time role of up to 30 hours per week, spread across 4 or 5 fixed working days.
In this role, you’ll support our growing sales organization and help turn strong market demand into successful customer relationships and commercial opportunities.
You’ll work closely with our regional sales managers and agents, providing day-to-day support across sales operations, customer communication, and campaign coordination. By keeping processes, materials, and activities well organized, you’ll help the team stay focused on building customer relationships and driving sales.
Your responsibilities:
Analyze sales pipeline, revenue and conversion data in Salesforce and prepare regular reports and dashboards for sales managers and sales leadership
Identify regional trends, bottlenecks and growth opportunities across customer segments
Review existing customer and exhibitor accounts, including account history, contract details and upselling potential
Prepare customer and exhibitor profiles, meeting materials and sales proposals to support customer meetings
Coordinate meetings, appointments and sales activities for regional sales managers
Support customer engagement planning and contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns across ISE, Spark, EdTech, and sponsorship offerings, using Salesforce Customer Engagement in close collaboration with the marketing team
Act as a key interface between sales, marketing, and operations, supporting customer communication and the creation of campaign materials, sales collateral, and presentations
Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
Confident working with Salesforce, including CRM management, reporting, dashboards and Marketing Cloud Engagement
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data
Initial experience in sales support, campaign management, or a similar sales-related role
A structured, independent and proactive approach to work
Very good German and English language skills
Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI or comparable analytics tools
Experience in the trade fair or events business is an advantage
