Key tasks: Direct Support as a first contact for any Customer request Handling of quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email Supporting Sales force in any administrative tasks and daily business activities Creation of compliant and complete tender documents Support to Italian Manager in Operations and Tender Documents Scours tender portals and procurement websites daily to identify relevant business opportunities Contribution to continuous improvement and process optimization Previous experience in customer service and tender processing is highly appreciated Native-level Italian and fluent written and spoken English are mandatory, any additional language skills are considered as an asset Strong customer focus and excellent teamwork skills Meaningful activity on products that enable a personalized therapy for patients Flat hierarchy, short decision-making processes, interdisciplinary collaboration Opportunity to contribute and develop your skills in an agile company Policy for unsolicited applications from recruiters and recruitment agencies We do not accept any unsolicited applications from recruiters or recruitment agencies without a prior written agreement between both parties.
