Become part of our Gardening Department and support the successful delivery of UPYARD products to international DIY retail customers ! Preparing offers for customers, including quantity and technical details Managing customer orders in CRM system and communication with logistics department to ensure smooth delivery Maintaining customer files and update information in our supplier portals Communication with production and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of orders Participation in Stock Keeping Unit creation in CRM system to ensure accuracy of product information Professional English and Latvian knowledge , other language knowledge would be a great advantage * At least 2 years experience in customer service related jobs Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Attention to detail and ability to work independently Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes preferred Dynamic and exciting work experience at leading wooden packaging manufacturer Professional, friendly and responsive support of colleagues in the working process Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities Access to KRONUS library with the latest personal and professional development literature Workplace in a modern and comfortable office located in TC SAGA, as well as all the necessary equipment for work Health insurance from first working day Hybrid working model after trial period Gross salary from 1800,- to 1900,- EUR per month + bonuses for reaching KPIs * Considering that LTD Kronus operates internationally and we have business partners/customers worldwide, the foreign language skills specified in the requirements are essential for performing described duties.
