Sales/Design Consultant

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, is able to be trained on all the products we carry, has a flair for design and color and loves interacting with people.

Budget Blinds of Naples is under new ownership and expanding rapidly and we are looking to add designers/sales representatives to our successful and tight-knit team.

Budget Blinds is the largest window covering brand in the country with over 1,600 franchises nationwide.

Our territory has a high demand for home improvement services from, Ava Maria, Naples, Park Shore, Marco Island, Lely, Port Royal, & Olde Naples, We cover most of Naples. We are a sales organization; therefore, our designers must be professional, well dressed, personable, outgoing, well spoken, diligent, and well presented.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, is able to be trained on all the products we carry, has a flair for design and color and loves interacting with people.

Leads will be provided. Your schedule will be generated for you by our full-time operations coordinator. A vehicle will be provided to you fully equipped with the displays you’ll need to present our products and a gas card.

We have developed our brand based on our commitment to our clients, our community, and our team; and our goal is to continue to build upon the success we’ve had.

You will be meeting with 4-5 customers per day for a “60-minute free in-home consultation” presenting latest products available in custom window coverings including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies.

The van we provide will have all you'll need to deliver a very professional and open-ended consultation. The presentation is designed for the representative to identify the clients’ specific needs and recommend the most applicable product to suit them. After the presentation, you will then take measurements and provide the client with a branded quote document in the home using our easy-to-use quoting and invoicing system

This is an extremely lucrative and rare opportunity. We are offering base pay, and attractive commission on Gross Profit Margin. The potential to make well over 6 figures with our organization is extremely possible but will demand following our techniques, remaining diligent, having strong follow up skills, and strong customer service abilities.
