Salesforce Architect

Join our team as a Salesforce Architect and lead the design of scalable, innovative Salesforce solutions for international clients. Work remotely from Poland with B2B contract flexibility. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements. Lead the technical strategy, integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Oversee and guide developers and consultants in implementing Salesforce solutions. Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices. Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and assess their potential for integration. Must-Have Requirements Hard Skills: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role. Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). Strong experience with system integrations and middleware solutions. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a must. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership capabilities and experience in guiding technical teams. Process-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Availability Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time to ensure real-time collaboration.
