Job Description
- Functional Squad Anchor: Serve as the core functional Salesforce authority within a delivery squad dedicated to wealth management advisor CRM systems.
- Full-Cycle BA Execution: Lead scoping and discovery workshops, author traceable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, model business and advisor journeys, and coordinate UAT through deployment.
- FSC Domain & Data Model Mastery: Deep working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud data structures
- Governance & Executive Stakeholder Presence: Confidently interact with executive stakeholders and governance committees to facilitate alignment and actively unblock complex CRM integrations.
- Requiring fluent French and a French resume.
