Salesforce Certinia (FinancialForce) Consultant

• Location: Dublin – Hybrid role requiring some onsite client based work and remote working

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Certinia Consultant to lead and execute implementation, optimization, and support projects for our clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business financial processes and cloud technology, designing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Certinia’s suit of applications (including PSA, ERP, and Financial Management).

You will work closely with finance operations, professional services, and IT leadership to translate business requirements into functional architecture and deliver clean, efficient configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Work with stakeholders to understand how data flows through the business from initial sales opportunities through to customer onboarding, project delivery, billing and customer support.
• Help map and document end-to-end processes within Salesforce and Certinia.
• Identify opportunities to improve data visibility, reporting and business insights across the customer lifecycle.

Configuration & Hands-on Delivery

• Configure and maintain Certinia and Salesforce to support reporting, dashboards and operational requirements.
• Build and enhance reports, dashboards and data views that provide visibility across sales, delivery, finance and customer support functions.

Client Management & Advisory

• Act as a subject matter expert for Certinia and its interaction with Salesforce.
• Work closely with business users to understand reporting requirements and operational challenges.
• Deliver user training and support where needed.
• Troubleshoot issues, answer user queries and recommend improvements to processes and system usage.
• Provide ongoing advice on best practice reporting, data management and platform optimisation.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of reporting and data analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience working across the full customer lifecycle, from sales through to customer delivery and support.
• Ability to extract, analyse and present data in a meaningful way for business stakeholders.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical users.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Certinia certifications would be beneficial.
