Salesforce Consultant

3 roles available: Salesforce Technical Lead, Agentforce Architect and Service Cloud Voice Developer (SC cleared, public sector)

Description

Walter Everett is a niche technical recruitment company, and we are currently helping our clients hire three Salesforce roles in the public sector for a large consultancy. All three are based in London, hybrid, with one day a week in the client's office. SC clearance is required. These are also reserved posts for National Security reasons.

SALESFORCE TECHNICAL LEAD

Lead the design and delivery of secure Salesforce solutions across the full development lifecycle, mentor developers and champion code quality.

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including leading technical delivery on large enterprise programmes
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and integration architecture
• Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, OmniStudio and Agentforce
• CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset and Git Full details:

AGENTFORCE ARCHITECT

Act as a strategic adviser and squad lead for agentic AI solutions on Salesforce, shaping use cases and leading delivery.

• 15+ years in consulting and architecture roles, with public sector experience
• Deep Salesforce knowledge with a focus on Agentforce, plus at least three of Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio and Service Cloud Voice
• Design governance, security (roles, profiles, sharing rules) and GDPR awareness Full details:

SERVICE CLOUD VOICE DEVELOPER

Build and extend Salesforce for customer service in a small Agile team.

• 3+ years of Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice experience
• Apex, Flows and Lightning Web Components
• OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Mappers) and Public Sector Solutions preferred Full
