Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ & Billing Specialist to design, configure, and optimize complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes remotely. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business requirements, translating intricate pricing rules, product bundles, and billing schedules into scalable automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ core components, including product bundles, price books, discount schedules, block pricing, and dynamic approval matrices.
  

• Design and implement quote-to-cash workflows, bridging Salesforce CPQ with billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
  

• Write custom Price Rules, Product Rules, and QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin) scripts using JavaScript and Advanced Calculator patterns.
  

• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with enterprise ERP systems (such as SAP, NetSuite) and billing gateways via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  

• Build custom validation rules, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support bespoke quote generation needs.
  

• Collaborate closely with sales operations, finance teams, and solution architects to streamline quoting accuracy and shorten sales cycle times.
  

• Perform rigorous unit testing, UAT support, and post-deployment maintenance across releases.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, with at least 3+ dedicated years implementing Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
  

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Custom Objects) alongside technical scripting knowledge in JavaScript and Apex.
  

• Deep understanding of subscription billing models, revenue scheduling, invoicing rules, and tax calculation integrations (e.g., Avalara).
  

• Mandatory certification: Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  

• Prior consulting or enterprise experience managing multi-currency, multi-entity global CPQ and Billing deployments.
