Position Overview

• Location: 100% remote from Colombia (own equipment)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (40 h/week)
• Contract: Long-term Colombian employment contract with all statutory benefits
• Holidays: Colombian holidays

Role Summary

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you’ll be the client’s go-to Salesforce expert: leading discovery sessions, designing scalable solutions with minimal technical debt, and guiding implementations all the way to go-live. You’ll work on several client projects at once, within a fast, AI-powered delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and consulting sessions with clients to understand their business processes and needs
• Design solutions and technical architecture focused on usability and scalability
• Document solution designs and secure client approval
• Oversee and take part in build work and quality assurance
• Manage implementations to completion, with full documentation
• Run solution walkthroughs with clients and support go-live
• Balance several client projects at once within a billable-hours model

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Solution Architect, Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst or Systems Consultant on Salesforce projects
• Professional services background, managing several client projects with billable hours
• Proven experience leading client discovery sessions and designing solutions
• Advanced English; comfortable leading sessions with U.S. clients
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or MuleSoft
• Agentforce or AI project experience
