Salesforce Developer (Mid / Senior) | Agentforce Focus | Full Remote | CIM & B2B

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer (Mid / Senior) to join an international team delivering modern Salesforce and AI-driven solutions. This role is focused on Salesforce Agentforce, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who have already worked hands-on with AI agents and intelligent automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Why This Role Is Different

The most important requirement is practical Salesforce Agentforce experience.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have personally configured, customized, or implemented AI agents, rather than professionals who only completed certifications or training courses.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions focused on Sales Cloud and Agentforce.
• Configure and customize AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Develop custom functionalities using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, best practice implementation, and continuous platform improvements.
• Support testing, deployment, and production optimization activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential Requirements

✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience

✅ Around 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL
• Salesforce Flow
• Sales Cloud

✅ Experience with:

• Salesforce integrations
• REST APIs
• SOAP APIs
• Automation solutions
• External system integrations

✅ Professional English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications
• Salesforce AI Specialist certification
• Experience with Einstein AI
• Prompt Builder
• Data Cloud
• Complex enterprise Salesforce environments

Working Model

• Fully remote

EMEA Schedule

09:00 - 17:00 CET

Occasional flexibility until 18:00 CET may be required.

Compensation

CIM (Net Salary)

Mid-Level: 10,500 - 11,200 RON net/month

Senior: 11,550 - 12,200 RON net/month

B2B / Freelance

Mid-Level: 27 - 29 USD/hour

Senior: 29 - 32 USD/hour
