Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working remotely for international clients accross The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries.

The role involves developing secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions supporting complex customer journeys, including product catalogs, ordering, checkout, returns, delivery tracking, invoicing, user management, entitlements, and customer support.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud and B2B Commerce on LWR;
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs;
• Extend B2B Commerce capabilities across catalogs, buyer groups, price books, carts, checkout, and order summaries;
• Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, and External Credentials;
• Implement secure authentication and identity solutions, including SSO and access management for Experience Cloud external users;
• Contribute to solutions involving Service Cloud, Salesforce CMS, Marketing Cloud Next, Order Management, and Omnichannel Inventory;
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems across areas such as ERP, PIM, identity, logistics, payments, marketing, and analytics;
• Ensure development quality through automated testing, code reviews, technical standards, and Salesforce best practices;
• Work with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and controlled releases;
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate technical trade-offs, and define scalable solutions.

What you are like

• Highly experienced in Salesforce development, with the technical autonomy required to operate in complex enterprise environments;
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce, particularly solutions based on LWR and Experience Cloud;
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs;
• Familiar with the broader Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud, Salesforce CMS, Marketing Cloud Next, Order Management, and Omnichannel Inventory;
• Proficient in Salesforce integration technologies and patterns, including REST APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, and External Credentials;
• Solid knowledge of SSO and identity protocols, particularly in scenarios involving Experience Cloud external users;
• Capable of taking technical ownership, assessing trade-offs, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to solution architecture decisions;
• Have good communication skills in English - as you will collaborate daily with international teams.
