About One Dynamic

One Dynamic is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Fairfax, VA. We specialize in digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, quality assurance, and enterprise architecture for federal and healthcare organizations. We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer I to support our client, Connected Logistics (LogC2), a certified SDVOSB that builds secure, mission-critical IT and logistics solutions for the U.S. Army.

About AIE

Accessions Information Environment (AIE) is the Army's enterprise recruiting and accession system—a cloud-based, Impact Level (IL)-4 Salesforce-powered platform built to replace multiple legacy recruiting systems. AIE streamlines lead generation, prospect tracking, applicant processing, enlistment paperwork, and onboarding for new soldiers, giving recruiters a modern, mobile-accessible, unified tool.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will implement and maintain Salesforce functionality using low-code/no-code/OOTB tools first, extending custom development only when required. You will work within a high-security, compliance-driven DoD environment, collaborating with technical leads, architects, DevSecOps engineers, testers, and government stakeholders.

This position is designed for early-career Salesforce Developers (3-5 years) who have supported DoD, federal, or other secure environments and are ready to grow in a structured, mission-critical program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Salesforce solutions using declarative tools: Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, and Lightning App Builder
  • Implement Apex or LWC only when business needs cannot be met through configuration, following secure coding standards
  • Support integrations using Salesforce-native tools or REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring secure, compliant data transactions
  • Maintain and evolve the Salesforce data model, permissions, sharing settings, and field-level security
  • Participate in configuration and code reviews, enforcing naming conventions, documentation standards, and version-control discipline
  • Support DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines: version control, deployment preparation, metadata integrity
  • Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues using root-cause analysis practices
  • Produce and maintain audit-ready documentation: flow diagrams, change logs, deployment notes
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, providing realistic estimates and advising on OOTB-first solution options
  • Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and platform updates

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development or configuration experience, ideally within DoD, federal, or regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience building declarative Salesforce solutions (Flows, automation, validation rules, layouts, security)
  • Exposure to custom development: Apex, LWC, or the ability to debug, modify, and extend existing custom logic
  • Understanding of secure development practices, environment governance, and compliance expectations
  • Exposure to OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards) preferred
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for work management, pipelines, and deployment coordination
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (US-based candidates only)

What Sets You Apart

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Application Developer, or Platform Administrator certification
  • Prior project experience working in DoD IL4/IL5 secure environments
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and metadata deployments
  • Experience working within multiple Salesforce environments
  • Exposure to OmniStudio or other declarative frameworks

Engagement Details

  • Salary: $135,000 - $140,000/year
  • Location: Fully remote (US-based candidates only)
  • Clearance: Secret clearance eligibility required
  • Client: Connected Logistics (LogC2) supporting U.S. Army AIE
  • Employment: Contract
