Mavericks United is seeking experienced Salesforce professionals who combine hands-on platform expertise with exceptional English communication, dependable execution, and a strong sense of ownership. This opportunity is ideal for developers and technically capable professionals who have worked closely with clients, led delivery, coordinated teams, or managed stakeholder expectations. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in Salesforce development, technical consulting, client-facing delivery, technical leadership, or delivery management. The role and level of responsibility will be aligned with the selected candidate’s strengths and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, configure, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and established engineering practices.

• Communicate directly and professionally with US-based clients to clarify requirements, explain progress, raise risks, and resolve issues.

• Translate business needs into clear technical tasks, estimates, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned work, including quality, deadlines, documentation, and follow-through.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, administrators, architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.

• Participate actively in client meetings, status updates, solution discussions, demonstrations, and handovers.

• Identify blockers early, propose practical alternatives, and communicate commitments transparently.

• Where relevant, coordinate workstreams, mentor colleagues, or support project delivery and stakeholder management. Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant Salesforce experience, with practical understanding of development or implementation workflows.

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication, including confidence in direct conversations with US clients.

• Strong reliability, punctuality, accountability, and a demonstrated record of honoring professional commitments.

• Ability to work consistently during US business hours from Pakistan; Pakistan daytime availability alone is not sufficient.

• Sound problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience managing priorities, setting realistic expectations, and delivering high-quality work under agreed timelines. Technical Skills and Experience

• For developer-focused candidates: experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, triggers, integrations/APIs, debugging, and Salesforce security concepts, as relevant to prior roles.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is valuable.

• Understanding of version control, deployment processes, testing, code reviews, and production support is beneficial.

• Candidates from delivery or client-facing backgrounds should demonstrate enough Salesforce technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams and clients. What Will Make You Stand Out

• A track record of independently owning client conversations and converting discussions into completed deliverables.

• Experience working with US-based customers or distributed international teams.

• Ability to communicate difficult updates clearly, manage escalations calmly, and build trust with stakeholders.

• Proven leadership in delivery coordination, technical consulting, mentoring, or managing multiple workstreams.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications, when supported by meaningful practical experience.
