Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components, and knowledge of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications.
• Develop reusable Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Customize Salesforce objects, data models, and application functionality.
• Build and maintain REST API integrations with external systems.
• Optimize application performance, code quality, and system reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and CI/CD processes.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, and Apex Classes.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Federal Government Exp Mandatory
• Experience with REST API integrations and Salesforce data modeling.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Copado or willingness to complete Copado training.
• Knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with Health Cloud, AWS, or multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Federal Government or healthcare project experience.
• Active Salesforce Trailblazer account.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must currently reside and work in the United States.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 full years within the last 5 years.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
