Join our team as a Salesforce Developer (Hybrid - Lisbon)!

We are hiring Salesforce Developers across multiple seniority levels - Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead, to join different projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
• Contribute to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementations, including data integration and customer journey solutions, depending on the project.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, analyze defects, and implement fixes.
• Define and review test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Follow development standards and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
• For Lead positions, provide technical guidance, support, and leadership to development teams.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience in Salesforce development, according to the seniority level:
• Mid-Level: Solid hands-on experience developing and customizing Salesforce solutions.
• Senior: Extensive Salesforce development experience, with the ability to independently design and deliver complex solutions.
• Lead: Extensive Salesforce expertise, combined with technical leadership and the ability to guide development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is valuable for relevant projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Portuguese and English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
