About The Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team in Hamburg. This role is designed for a professional who combines technical expertise with a consultative mindset. You will not be confined to purely development tasks but will actively participate in shaping solutions in collaboration with clients and team members. Your role involves translating complex business requirements into efficient process architectures, leveraging low-code and no-code Salesforce tools to deliver optimized solutions with minimal technical complexity. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement innovative ideas, ensuring our projects meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess deep Salesforce expertise with at least three years of hands-on experience, particularly within core clouds like Sales and Service Cloud. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes, analytical thinking, and process modeling capabilities. Excellent communication skills are essential to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A structured working approach and the ability to independently execute solutions are critical. We value a proactive hands-on mentality, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Fluency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken, are required. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and be willing to spend at least three days per week in our Hamburg office in Bahrenfeld.

Responsibilities

• Provide process consulting and oversee the sustainable implementation of complex Salesforce projects within our CORE solution portfolio.
• Design, conceptualize, and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing system’s low-code/no-code capabilities, aiming to maximize potential through standard-first approaches and minimal coding.
• Analyze client workflows to identify digital transformation opportunities and translate business needs into practical, well-structured concepts.
• Conduct requirements gathering, process modeling, and facilitate structured workshops, user training sessions, and testing phases.
• Contribute actively to team discussions to shape processes and structures, fostering transparency and enabling data-driven decision-making for clients.
