Salesforce Financial Services Cloud – Banking Transformation

I’m currently looking for experienced Salesforce professionals to join a major CRM transformation for a global banking client. There are opportunities for both a Salesforce FSC Functional Consultant and a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a focus on delivering innovative Financial Services Cloud solutions and introducing AI-powered capabilities through Agentforce.

What you’ll be doing

Salesforce FSC Functional Consultant

• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce FSC solutions.
• Design and configure Client 360, Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups and Action Plans.
• Support banking processes including customer onboarding, KYC, AML and relationship management.
• Work with stakeholders to define functional requirements, user stories, process maps and solution designs.
• Support Agentforce use cases, workshops, UAT, business validation and user training.

Salesforce Technical Architect

• Lead Salesforce FSC solution architecture, ensuring scalable, secure and robust technical solutions.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft and enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and Salesforce APIs.
• Design and implement Agentforce agents, AI workflows, Prompt Templates and Agent Actions.
• Oversee technical governance, security, development standards and deployment processes.

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) within banking, wealth management or insurance.
• A valid Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification.
• Strong knowledge of FSC capabilities, including Person Accounts, Client 360, Financial Accounts and Interaction Summaries.
• For the functional role: experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional design and stakeholder management.
• For the technical role: strong Salesforce architecture expertise, development knowledge and experience with enterprise integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, AI-powered automation or Einstein capabilities.
• Dutch-speaking ability.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, GDPR and financial services compliance.
• Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Copado or Gearset, depending on the role.

Working arrangement

The roles are based in Utrecht, with a hybrid working model:

• Monday and Wednesday at the client’s office.
• One additional day per week at the consultancy’s office.
