We are seeking an amazing Salesforce Implementation Specialists to:

• Own Salesforce builds for Digital Silk clients from discovery through go-live
• Configure the Salesforce platform and write the code when configuration runs out
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their business needs and turn requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build and improve business processes using Salesforce Flow, automation, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous jobs.
• Create reports, dashboards, and forecasts to help clients track performance and make better decisions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and manage data migration, cleaning, and importing.
• Manage deployments using Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring proper testing, code quality, and smooth releases.
• Support clients through testing, go-live, user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, including classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueable and schedulable Apex, governor limits, and best practices.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Apex calls, and Lightning Data Service.
• Good knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flow, including building efficient queries, automating processes, and creating email workflows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, OAuth, Platform Events, and Apex callouts.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, data migration, security, permissions, sharing rules, and access management.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, including SFDX, Git, sandboxes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools such as Copado or Gearset.
• Strong understanding of Apex testing, debugging, and code quality, including writing test classes and maintaining at least 85% code coverage.
• Ability to demonstrate real-world Salesforce development experience through previous projects, code samples, or technical walkthroughs.
