Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Engineer to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands. In this role, you will work hands-on with Marketing Cloud and CDP platforms, contributing to segmentation, journey design, and campaign management within a 24/7 global support model.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Cloud and CDP initiatives as a key contributor
• Develop CDP segmentation and build customer journeys using Journey Builder
• Execute and schedule campaigns directly within the platform
• Assist in building and supporting Interaction Studio implementations for up to 3 BMS brands, scalable on request
• Collaborate with brands and markets to deliver timely campaign support
• Contribute to a 24/7 campaign team support model across geographies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with email and web/online marketing
• Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Web Studio, and Mobile Studio
• Proficiency in Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder, or a similar platform
• Knowledge of SQL for marketing data management
• Capability to code in HTML
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills as a team player
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in social media marketing, search engine marketing, and display media
• Familiarity with SMS marketing
• Understanding of front-end development
• Skills in email development
