Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, APIs).
- Proven experience developing backend solutions, with an interest in learning frontend technologies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, data integration, and CRM systems.
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, curious, and committed to delivering secure, high-quality solutions.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy backend solutions and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Implement API integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems.
- Work with marketing and data teams to build and personalize customer journeys.
- Participate in DevSecOps practices, including code reviews and security improvements.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and document systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of email campaigns.
- Experience with frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
