Salesforce Marketing cloud - Mid Level - Remote - Octopus by RTG

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building customer journeys, creating dynamic content, integrating SFMC with third-party systems, and working within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Develop and manage automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Create dynamic and interactive content to deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with third-party systems and external platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable marketing solutions.
• Participate in Agile practices, including Scrum and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure the reliability and effectiveness of Marketing Cloud solutions.

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud modules and capabilities.
• Strong experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Experience creating dynamic and interactive content.
• Experience integrating SFMC with third-party systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Scaled Agile.
