Job Description This is a remote position. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions within the nCino Bank Operating System Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices Customize and configure nCino components such as Workflows, Objects, and Reports Develop custom code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies to extend nCino functionality Integrate nCino solutions with third-party systems using APIs and web services Perform unit testing, code reviews, and other quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members Stay up-to-date with the latest nCino features, technologies, and best practices Requirements: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications nCino Certified Administrator and nCino Certified Developer certifications are a plus Minimum of 4 years of experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform Experience with nCino implementation projects, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, configuration, and customization capabilities Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
