Salesforce Product Manager

Description

Product Manager experience leading complex omni-channel or customer/donor engagement capabilities from discovery and process design through build, launch, adoption, and optimization. This engagement will likely extend from discovery into build. But could potentially be extended into launch and adoption phases, if needed.

Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions, and integrations with telephony and workforce management solutions.

Experience designing and deploying coordinated outreach across call, email, SMS/text, chat, and other digital channels, including routing, channel preferences, consent, cadence, escalation, and interaction-history considerations.

Strong understanding of contact-center or high-volume outreach operations, including intelligent/skills-based routing, workload and capacity considerations, handoffs, and continuity of customer context across channels.

Comfortable working in an Agile/product operating model and partnering closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to maintain backlog readiness and move from discovery into phased delivery.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $100.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
