About the role As a Salesforce QA Engineer at Montway, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce systems. Working in collaboration with developers, product teams, and stakeholders, you’ll test and validate innovative Salesforce implementations that drive efficiency and business success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for Salesforce implementations. Validate Salesforce workflows, data architecture, and integrations to ensure alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand functional and technical specifications. Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, ensuring timely resolution. Perform regression, functional, and performance testing on Salesforce solutions. Leverage tools and frameworks to automate repetitive testing tasks, enhancing efficiency. Provide input on best practices to optimize testing processes and improve system reliability. Assist in the validation of API integrations and data synchronization across systems. What We’re Looking For: 3 + years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on Salesforce testing. Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks. Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments. Basic understanding of APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities. A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
