Overview
At Lupa, we're hiring a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant to join a fast-growing, award-winning professional services team specializing in customizing, implementing, and managing industry-leading CX, CRM, and AI software.
This is a client-facing consulting role at the heart of a high-performing CRM & CX Professional Services practice. You'll work across a portfolio of active customer deployments, blending sharp business analysis with hands-on Salesforce delivery. What You'll Do
Provide Salesforce Sales Cloud consulting across multiple active customer environments
Lead and support business analysis activities, including:
Requirements gathering
Process mapping
Solution design aligned to Salesforce best practices
Translate business requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions
Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, including:
Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities
Reports and Dashboards
Automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals, etc.)
Deliver system changes end-to-end:
Configuration and light technical delivery
Testing and deployment
Documentation and client walkthroughs
Collaborate with internal consultants, project managers, and technical resources
Support ongoing managed service engagements and incremental enhancements
Who You Are
Must-haves:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (not admin-only)
Strong consulting and client-facing experience within a professional services environment
Demonstrated ability to operate at a business analyst / functional consultant level
Hands-on Salesforce configuration and delivery experience
Experience supporting multiple client environments simultaneously
Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud–related certifications required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Conga (CPQ, Contracts, Composer)
Experience with Salesforce ERP integrations
Familiarity with additional Salesforce ecosystem products
Prior experience in managed services or long-term support engagements
