Job description Senior Salesforce Developer Remote role. Shift- Willing to work in extended shifts. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, customization, and solution design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC). The candidate should also have experience managing and mentoring a team of 4–5 developers in current role. Key Responsibilities Minimum 6 years of Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business processes. Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications. Work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues. Support deployment and release activities. Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Salesforce Developers. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Review code, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery. Bachelors in Engineering is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
