WE ARE ONE PROBLEM-SOLVING TEAM -- Acxiom Salesforce Practice is excited to be hiring for a Salesforce Solutions Architect Job Description: Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations. Comfortable building and demonstrating Salesforce CPQ prototypes in Salesforce. Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architecture Design, develop and maintain application architectures that support client’s business requirements Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems Optimize application performance and scalability Assist Project Leadership conducting project risk identification and mitigation planning Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments and technical qualification Act as an owner and ultimate escalation point for the implementations one builds and supports Requirements Requirements 3+ years Salesforce Platform implementation experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations Strong understanding of the overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform concepts and how they influence design Experience in configuring any other recurring SaaS solutions would make a candidate stand out Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback Adept in execution of Agile methodologies, and overall use of Jira Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to details Education: A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science OR Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience Active Salesforce CPQ Specialist Superbadges Ideal Active B2B Commerce Functional, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Data Architecture & Management Designer would make a candidate stand out.
