Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce System Administrator, where you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our Salesforce platform. As part of our team in Philippines_Manila_Pasig, you'll work in a HYBRID environment, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless business processes and optimal system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and implement process improvements within Salesforce.
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and license assignments.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular system audits, and oversee data integrity and security.
- Provide troubleshooting, support, and training for Salesforce users.
- Assist in the development and deployment of new features and enhancements.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide business insights to stakeholders.
Must have requirements
- Test
- Proven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Proficiency in user and data management, security controls, and workflow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to have requirements
- Test
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning environment.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions.
- Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Dataloader.io).
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or other specialist certifications.
