Salesforce Platform & Integrations

  • Provide subject matter expertise across Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable), LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Design, build, and support enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures) connecting Salesforce with internal enterprise systems and vendor platforms.
  • Manage Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git-based source control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Production Support & Operational Excellence

  • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for production incidents across Salesforce, integrations, and supporting systems.
  • Lead critical incident war rooms, driving issue triage, mitigation, and rapid service restoration for field-impacting issues.
  • Develop and maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Optimize application performance, resolve governor limits and large data volume (LDV) challenges, and implement observability/monitoring best practices.
  • Drive continuous platform improvements and technical debt reduction.

AI, Automation & Innovation

  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to evaluate and implement AI-driven capabilities and automation across workforce scheduling workflows.
  • Support adoption of modern developer productivity tools and AI-assisted engineering practices.
