Job Description

This is a remote position.

Years of Experience: 10-12 Years
Contract- Remote
Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Salesforce automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will provide overall technical leadership, ensuring that automation frameworks align with project needs while adhering to best practices.
This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and the ability to facilitate Agile practices within teams.

What Youll Do:

Provide overall technical leadership for Salesforce automation solutions.
Review and align existing automation frameworks to meet project requirements.
Define automation standards, best practices, and a strategy for reusable components.
Review automation design and implementation quality to ensure high standards.
Support complex automation scenarios and assist in issue resolution.
Oversee solution handover and knowledge transfer activities.
Facilitate Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners in their roles.
Help teams self-organize and continuously improve their processes.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Provide regular updates, reports, and demos to maintain transparency.
Identify and mitigate risks early in the project lifecycle.
Resolve blockers that hinder team progress and delivery.
Track progress across sprints/releases, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Coordinate across multiple teams to manage dependencies effectively.
Assist in forecasting and allocating resources to meet project demands.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience with Salesforce platform and automation solutions. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in risk and issue management within project environments. Ability to track project progress and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with project management tools and software. Knowledge of additional automation tools and frameworks. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
