About the Role The Salesforce/Certinia System Administrator is responsible for providing Business As Usual (BAU) System Support, System Administrator and working on System Innovation. Responsibilities · Respond to and Resolve Salesforce and Certinia Incidents and Support Requests · Provision user access, profiles and permissions · Configure Salesforce Reports and Dashboards · Configure Objects, Fields, Page Layouts and Apps · Perform post-update setup tasks for Salesforce and Certinia Upgrades · Gather Requirements from users for customisations to processes and functions on the Force Platform · Write User Stories and Tasks for Enterprise Application team, consultants and developers to deliver · Support End Users with User Acceptance Testings with UAT Scripts and Training · Develop End User guides and training · Identify system issues, and propose solutions to enhance both the Business Users and Enterprise Application Team’s experience Also include the following for all roles: About You Training, Quality and Compliance · Complete mandatory training for this role within specified timelines · Attend mandatory training sessions required for this role · Identify resources and training to support learning and development within this role · Comply with all applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs and project-specific requirements · Comply with all designated systems relevant to this role · Ensure own quality control of all relevant processes and activities performed · Report and escalate identified risks and issues in areas of responsibility according to Emerald Clinical and/or project requirements Customer Focus and Teamwork · Attend and actively participate in Emerald Clinical meetings and other internal meetings and activities as required · Provide input to systems, tools and processes to support continuous improvement · Share knowledge with others, to facilitate learning and development across the organisation Work Health and Safety · Comply with Work Health & Safety (WH&S) legislation and operate in accordance with established organisational WH&S practice and procedures · Promote and contribute to a safe, secure environment for staff and visitors Education and Experience · Salesforce Certification in Administration and/or Platform Development · Certinia PS Cloud or FM Cloud Certification (desirable) · Native Mandarin Speaking · 3 years Salesforce System Administrator experience · Experience with CRO in APAC (desirable) Competencies · Salesforce System Administration · Certinia PS Cloud Administration · Intermediate Excel · Salesforce Agentforce implementation (desirable) · Ability to work independently, knowing when to escalate · Technological proficiency including Microsoft Office packages · Ability to see the big picture, yet still focus on detail and quality of work · Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organisational priorities and ambiguous environments Additional requirements · This role is China based, supporting the Emerald Clinical Chinese team, and as such Mandarin Speaking is a mandatory requirement Why Join Us?
