You won’t be cold calling. You won’t be hunting for leads.

You’ll be handling real conversations with people who are already interested, and closing them.

Prosperant is hiring for this role on behalf of a U.S. real estate operator managing 40+ properties: manufactured home communities, RV parks, self-storage facilities, and business centers. The portfolio has almost 900 units and the team is lean, under 20 people. Demand is steady and leads are inbound. Your job is converting them.

This is a new seat on a growing team, and reps we placed with this client when we started working together two years ago are still there.

The Role

• Handle inbound inquiries from individuals and businesses across the U.S.
• Run discovery conversations to qualify leads and understand their needs
• Match prospects with available spaces across the portfolio and move them through a multi-day pipeline
• Own every deal from first contact to signed lease
• Log activity and manage your pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
• Report directly to the General Manager and own your monthly conversion targets

You’re a Fit If You...

✔ Speak fluent English, C1 or above, because you’ll talk with U.S. customers every day

✔ Have 2+ years in sales, leasing, or inbound closing

✔ Can manage multi-day deals and keep following up without losing momentum

✔ Handle objections without damaging the relationship

✔ Have experience with Monday or a similar CRM

✔ Like owning a pipeline end to end

✔ Are based in Latin America and available during U.S. Eastern business hours
