Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Plan and schedule Sample Lab Work Orders in SAP PR1 based on daily compounding capacity.
• Release Production Orders in SAP according to raw material availability.
• Prepare and distribute shop floor documentation for compounders.
• Manage replacement batches for orders affected by quality issues.
• Assign packaging sizes on shop floor papers in line with customer specifications.
• Maintain the Sample Lab Working File to track daily orders and requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in Quality, Production, and Raw Material Planning to ensure efficient compounding operations.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in productivity, efficiency, and quality.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification or higher.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in environments with strong odours.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime based on production demands.
