SAP ABAP and CPI | Remote in Mexico

Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: SAP ABAP / CPI Consultant We are looking for a SAP ABAP / CPI Consultant to join our team and support the development, integration, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions within a global environment. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP . Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) . Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to SAP developments and integrations. Perform technical analysis, development, testing, debugging, and documentation of SAP solutions. Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in integration and deployment activities across different environments. Support existing SAP applications and integrations, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. Ensure solutions follow established development standards, security guidelines, and best practices. Work effectively with global and multicultural teams , coordinating activities across different locations and time zones. Provide technical guidance and contribute to the technical direction of SAP development and integration initiatives. Take ownership of assigned deliverables and communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges to stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Solid experience with SAP ABAP development. Experience wit h SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) / SAP Integration Suite. Experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting SAP integrations and interfaces . Strong understanding of SAP development and integration concepts. Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in leadership, technical coordination, or mentoring . Experience working with global/distributed teams . Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. English proficiency suitable for working with international teams. Nice to Have / Plus Experience with SAP Fiori . Experience in technical leadership or coordination of SAP development teams. Experience working on global SAP implementations or transformation projects. ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
