SAP ABAP FIORI Tech Expert (m/f/x)

As an SAP ABAP Fiori Technical Expert , you will play a key role in driving end-to-end SAP solution development, leveraging ABAP and modern Fiori/UI5 technologies. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance technical solutions that align with business goals. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications, ensuring quality through code reviews and rigorous testing. You will also act as a technical authority, supporting critical initiatives such as system upgrades, data migrations, and issue resolution, while ensuring seamless integration within the SAP landscape. Beyond hands-on development, you will take on a leadership role—mentoring junior developers, guiding technical decisions, and contributing to project planning and delivery in a global, cross functional environment. This position requires a strong foundation in SAP architecture, extensive experience with ABAP, OData, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way. Lead end-to-end SAP solution development using ABAP and Fiori technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements. Design scalable, efficient, and high-performing technical solutions aligned with business needs. Develop and maintain custom SAP applications and Fiori/UI5 apps. Review code and oversee unit/integration testing to maintain quality standards. Provide expert guidance on data migrations, system upgrades, and issue resolutions. Support project planning and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery. Mentor and guide junior developers; provide technical leadership and support. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 9+ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, OData, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5 development. Proven ability to design, build, and deploy complex SAP applications. Excellent understanding of SAP architecture and integration points. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical challenges. Very good interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude with leadership qualities and team management experience.
