Contribute to keeping business-critical application processes available and effective. User Support Provide 2nd-level support for users and key users in the European countries, answer questions and help resolve functional issues within the assigned scope. Ensure that support is service-oriented, pragmatic and well documented. Enhancement Implementation Analyse service requests and smaller change requirements, prepare specifications and coordinate or implement approved changes. Participate in testing and ensure that adjustments work reliably in the broader application context. Process Collaboration Work with module experts, senior consultants and business stakeholders on process improvements and harmonised ways of working. Help translate operational needs into workable application adjustments. Project Contribution Participate in rollouts and application projects by supporting implementation, testing, user preparation and post-go-live stabilisation. Contribute to consistent deployment of new or improved solutions across Europe. Documentation and Learning Maintain relevant documentation and continue building expertise in the assigned modules and processes. Escalate more complex or architecture-relevant issues appropriately and make use of senior support where needed. Your profile: University degree or vocational qualification with relevant specialisation, or comparable practical background in IT and business applications. Initial relevant professional experience in SAP application support, process-related IT work or a comparable role. Strong IT-affinity and good understanding of business processes; willingness to deepen module expertise systematically. Structured way of working, service orientation and ability to cooperate effectively with users, colleagues and service partners. Good English skills; further language capabilities can be beneficial in the international environment.
