Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sole Architect to own the end-to-end process design and implementation strategy for an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployment. This position requires a rare blend of deep functional-technical expertise in Core Finance and Order-to-Cash (OTC) with polished, client-facing communication. As the sole architect on this stream, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and cloud architecture, translating complex business requirements into seamless, standard public cloud workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Architecture Ownership: Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end process flows spanning Order-to-Cash (OTC), Project Execution within Professional Services, through to Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting.
• Business & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical advisor to C-suite and senior business stakeholders. Frame complex technical choices in clear business terms.
• Public Cloud Governance: Enforce SAP Public Cloud standards and "Clean Core" principles, steering the business toward best-practice standard functionality and avoiding unnecessary customizations.
• Cross-Stream Integration: Collaborate with technical and security teams to ensure smooth data flows between Core Finance, project billing systems, and external applications.
• Solution Oversight: Provide quality assurance across configuration, test scenarios, cutover planning, and hypercare support.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Experience: In-depth SAP architecture experience, with proven hands-on delivery in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition.
• Domain Mastery: Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Core Finance (FI/CO) coupled with Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Resource-Related Billing within a Professional Services / Commercial Project Management setting.
• Communication: Exceptional client-facing skills; capable of running business-process workshops and presenting to senior leadership.
• Mindset: Autonomous, consultative, and adept at taking "sole charge" of an architectural stream without requiring a multi-layered governance board.
