For a long-term international project, we are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Support Expert to support business users, optimize procurement processes, and further develop the SAP Ariba landscape.

Your responsibilities

• Support business users with SAP Ariba-related questions and issues
• Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical support teams
• Analyze, prioritize and follow up on incidents and service requests
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal and external support teams
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements for technical teams
• Support and optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Provide functional support across SAP Ariba modules
• Support user guidance, training and adoption activities
• Analyze and optimize existing procurement processes
• Coordinate with Procurement, IT and other stakeholders
• Support integration topics between SAP Ariba and SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA
• Maintain functional, process and support documentation

Must-have experience

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba support, consulting or application management
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Experience with User Support, Incident Management and Service Request Management
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering and functional analysis
• Experience working between business departments and technical SAP teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Customer- and service-oriented approach
• Experience with SAP Ariba integrations to SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA
