SAP Associate Director

*** SAP Associate Director - 12 months + ext. - Remote/ occasional travel ***

On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for a SAP Program Manager to join in an Associate Director role to support an ongoing S/4HANA greenfield implementation. The initial contract will be for 12 months with long-term scope.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be almost 100% remote with only occasional travel withing Europe.

You will be acting as a strategic thought partner to the SAP Implementation leadership:

• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex cross-functional challenges impacting program scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk.
• Drive executive alignment on key transformation decisions and facilitate the resolution of escalated issues across business, technology, and implementation partner teams.
• Establish and maintain an integrated view of program performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones to support proactive leadership decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end program planning and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 10+ years SAP Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong experience leading large scale SAP implementations.
• Experience with the above mentioned areas.
• Experience working with top-tier consulting companies such as McKinsey, Bain, BGC, Kearney, etc.)
• Experience with pharmaceuticals, FMCG, healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to join within 4 weeks from offer.
